De-Stress Fest 2021: Better Sleep

The fall De-Stress Fest provides a mental health break for students as they prepare for end-of-term activities and finals. This year’s weeklong event was held Nov. 29 through Dec. 3 and was sponsored by the Center for Student Wellness and Counseling Services with select activities presented by Student Services.

The theme of this year’s De-Stress Fest was “Make Peace with Your Sleep.” Activities included a meditation workshop, yoga, distance reiki, relaxation techniques and everyone’s favorite: therapy dogs, provided by community volunteers from Wags for Wellness and Best Paws Forward.
