The Help Desk is staffed remotely as a precaution for COVID-19. Staff members are available via remote mechanisms to assist students, faculty and staff.

Submit a Work Ticket for help desk service – sign-in in the top right corner on the linked page. This will help us to expeditiously route your request to the best service manager to resolve the issue.
