Learning, Teaching & Working Continuity

Self-Care & Wellness

This page will continue to be updated as information becomes available.

Self-care and wellness is just as vital in the office and the classroom as it is when you are learning, teaching or working remotely. As we all work to practice social distancing, we are all adjusting to our routines and learning to adapt to learning, teaching and working in a new environment.

NEOMED has resources available for our faculty, staff and students to maintain their self-care and wellness, and to seek assistance if needed. We are in this together!
